Yes. Send it from the Upload prescription page with your name, mobile number and address. Our pharmacist reads it, calls you to confirm the medicines and the price, and prepares the order.
It should show the patient's full name, the medicine with its dose and quantity, the doctor's name, signature and PRC licence number, the clinic or hospital address, and the date. A clear, legible photo or scan of the whole page is enough; our pharmacist cannot dispense from a cropped or blurred one.
Yes. Family members, caregivers, guardians and healthcare professionals order for patients every day. The patient's own prescription is needed, and for medicines that contain controlled substances our pharmacist also asks for the patient's ID and an authorisation letter, as the law requires. Delivery can go to your address or the patient's.
